Can a page have multiple forms?

There is no reason why you can't have multiple forms on a single page. You just can't nest forms, because then the forms aren't able to identify which fields are for what.

Can we have 2 forms in 1 html page?

1) we use a single web page design, i.e all the html is contained in one file. 2) we use "div"s for the sub pages, and use javascript code on the web page to show and hide the sections. For example the second form that shows the values in your example would be enclosed in a div.
